Big changes at HIT Technology as we prepare for the future!

At HIT Technology, we’re proud to announce key changes to our organisational structure as we prepare for the next phase of growth. These updates are designed to enhance our service delivery, strengthen leadership, and align with the evolving needs of our clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Introducing Our Senior Management Team
We have established a new Senior Management Team (SMT) to provide strategic leadership across our business. The SMT will consist of:
- Sophie Matthews, previously our Service Delivery Manager, now Head of Operations, leading operational delivery and team management
- David Burke, transitioning from Senior Technical Consultant to Head of Technical, driving technical innovation, strategy and best practice
- Paul Hartshorn, continuing as Head of Business Development, focusing on client relationships and growth in new business
The SMT will report directly to Managing Director Andrew Longland, ensuring close alignment with HIT Technology’s goals and vision.
New Roles for a Stronger Future
To support our growth strategy, we are also introducing several new roles:
- Office & Finance Manager – a vital new position that will oversee financial operations and provide project and administrative support across the business. Recruitment for this role is already underway
- Support Team Leader and Consultancy Team Leader – internal team leadership opportunities planned for later in the year to enhance team cohesion and service delivery
