Trelawny SPT Ltd, a manufacturer of surface preparation equipment, has been using SYSPRO since 1994. Although they used it for a number of processes, there were still a few that remained manual and paper based. This created a limit on what could be done with SYSPRO

However, during the Covid pandemic in 2020, they decided to launch a campaign to intensify staff training using the SYSPRO LearnIT Online platform, which combines a digital learning experience with instructor-led training, giving SYSPRO users total control of their learning.

This helped staff develop their skills, with 60% of staff signing up within the first 30 minutes of the channel being launched.
